SHANGHAI, China, OCTOBER 20, 2008 - Ecolab China today introduced its Ecolab Total Hygiene Management (ETHM) solution for China’s brewery, beverage, dairy and food processing markets, at the China International Brew & Beverage Processing Technology and Equipment Exhibition (CBB).  Ecolab China also announced Food Safety Professional Support (FSPS), a professional program modeled after the United States’ Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) food safety program. 

The CBB takes place October 20 to 23, in Beijing, and is considered the most important and influential biennial exhibition in Asia Pacific.  The CBB has established itself as a major professional platform for brewery and beverage processing and equipment manufactures worldwide, because it provides an excellent opportunity to introduce new products and technologies designed for breweries, beverage and other liquid food manufactures.
